Everyone knows about Vampira, the 1950s TV horror movie hostess whose iconic character drew influence from the Morticia character of Charles Addams’ New Yorkercartoons, the Dragon Lady from the comic strip Terry and the Pirates and the evil Queen Grimhilde from Disney’s Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs. She is considered to be the first “television horror host.”
Vampira’s highly successful show was cancelled after only a year in 1955 when she refused to sell the rights to the character to ABC. The popularity of the Vampira character spawned imitators all over the country. It seems that at some point every major television market has had at least one ghoulish horror host or hostess. One of these was Portland, Oregon’s Tarantula Ghoul—known as “Taranch” to her fans.
Tarantula Ghoul was a vampy “monster of ceremonies” for KPTV’s House of Horrorfrom 1957 to 1959. Played by Suzanne Waldron, the Vampira-like character bears a striking resemblance to Wynona Ryder’s Lydia Deetz character from Beetlejuice.
During her time as Tarantula Ghoul, Waldron released a single with the songs “Graveyard Rock” and “King Kong.” Both songs are considered classic schlock rock and have been comped a handful of times, including on the popular Las Vegas Grindand Sin Alley series.

Cliff 'Em All is a compilation of video footage by the American thrash metal band Metallica. It was released in 1987 as a tribute to Metallica's bassistCliff Burton, who died in a tour bus accident on September 27, 1986, at the age of 24, near Ljungby, Sweden during the European leg of their Damage, Inc. Tour. Its title is derived from Metallica's debut album, Kill 'Em All. The home video also features a performance with former guitarist Dave Mustaineon March 19, 1983, shortly before his ouster from the band for heavy drug and alcohol abuse.
The video is a retrospective on the 3 and a half years that Cliff Burton was in Metallica, presented as a collection of bootleg footage shot by fans, some professional filming and TV shots that were never used and some of his best bass solos, personal photos and live concerts. Photos and narrations by the band (Ulrich, Hetfield and Hammett drinking beer) are placed between songs which focus on Burton before fading into a title card of a performance. The video ends with the melodic interlude of "Orion" as pictures of Burton are shown.
With this video, the band tries to show the unique personality and style he had. While ostensibly the film focuses on Burton, it also has given fans a rare glimpse of Metallica's less-documented early career. This contrasts sharply with the 'Metallica business' represented in the feature film Some Kind of Monster.
DVD contains a Tankard live show, recorded on the -Thrashing East-Festival- which has taken place in East-Berlin on the 4th of March in 1990.
Furthermore, contain live recordings from the Rock Hard Festival 2007, the video clips "The Beauty and the Beast", "Stay Thirsty!" and "Forza SGE" and many outtakes.

Under Siege (Live in Barcelona) is the first live home video by Brazilianheavy metal band Sepultura, released in 1991. Directed by Stephen Payne and produced by Stephen Malit, it was recorded during their mid-1991 European Arise tour and prominently features songs from the said album. Barcelona was chosen by Payne as he had heard the crowds there were the best in Europe. This proved to be true. Interspersed between the songs are interviews with the band members in which they discuss their religious views, how they got together and growing up in Belo Horizonte. The video was later remastered and released as part of Chaos DVD.
Tracks 1-4, 6 and 11 from the album Arise. Tracks 5, 7 and 10 are from the album Beneath the Remains. Track 8 is from the album Schizophrenia. Track 9 is from the album Morbid Visions.
"Intro" is an actual instrumental song performed by the band, rather than a pre-recorded track.
The audio from seven of the tracks (1, 2, 5-9) appear on the double-disc album The Roots of Sepultura.
The performance of "Orgasmatron" from this video is mixed with backstage footage of the band and crew members, and was shown on TV as a music video to promote the album, but never saw official single release.
Everything Louder than Everyone Else is the third live album by the British band Motörhead. The title refers to a remark repeated by Ian Gillan of Deep Purple on their Made in Japan live album: "Could we have everything louder than everything else?". Recorded at a show in Hamburg, Germany on 21 May 1998. Everything Louder than Everyone Else is produced 'undubbed' in a two disc format. It was first released as a digipak version, later followed by a slimline 2CD jewel-case run.
1916 Live...Everything Louder than Everything Else is a 1991 live video featuring Motörhead's performance recorded at the Deutsches Museum inMunich, Germany on 11 March 1991. Most of the material was recorded in grainy b/w, en vogue at the time. However, some scenes were recorded in colour, or have some colour in them.
The initial UK release has a sticker on the front, inviting fans to send off for a free poster.

Thrash metal band Kreator released in 1989. While the band had already gained a sizeable following in the US due to their 1987 tour with the crossover thrash band D.R.I., this album introduced many American fans to Kreator, primarily through heavy rotation of the "Betrayer" music video on MTV's Headbanger's Ball, which was partly shot at the Acropolis in Athens, Greece. This album was their first issued in the US by Epic Records. The album was also available on picture disc vinyl.
Extreme Aggression is the fourth studio album by German
Rising popularity (1987–1991) In 1987, Kreator released their third studio album, Terrible Certainty, which is often considered a high-quality Kreator album as the arrangements on the album were more complex and the tempos more varied. The album featured another hit "Behind the Mirror", and the band's popularity continued to grow and a video for "Toxic Trace" was created for MTV play. They managed to find enough time and money (coming from the concerts) to finance another EP, Out of the Dark ... Into the Light.
Berlin based independent record labelNoise Records licensed Kreator for the territories outside of Europe and Japan to the major label Epic Records in 1988. Their fourth studio album and debut with Epic (for limited territories) Extreme Aggression, recorded in Los Angeles, became a metal hit in Europe upon its release in 1989. Continuing the Terrible Certainty formula while showing the band still progressing musically and with better production by the well-regarded Randy Burns (also Megadeth among others), the album featured the band's first major singles and music videos, the title track and "Betrayer", becoming major hits on MTVsHeadbangers Ball. They toured North America with Suicidal Tendencies, which greatly expanded their popularity outside of Europe.
In 1989, German director Thomas Schadt made a documentary about Kreator (focusing on the social aspect of heavy metal in the Ruhr Area) titled Thrash Altenessen (named after the band's hometown, a suburb of Essen). Tritze left Kreator after Extreme Aggression. In 1990, with new guitarist Frank "Blackfire" Gosdzik (also formerly of Sodom), the band released Coma of Souls. The album was not quite as praised as the band's previous few albums (many felt the album was "rushed" and repetitive), but still managed sell and maintain popularity quite well, with the singles "When the Sun Burns Red" and "People of the Lie" becoming hits.
